What Causes Loss Of Motor Control?

Balance, walking into walls hitting my head, falling on road, steps, Hard time to communicate with other, get lost in conversation, at times unable to express or find the words in my head, lose self and others need to guess what I m trying to speak, lost the ability spelling, cannot at times forget my phone number, appointment, house number. Go blank in the middle of speaking. Self mating set, cannot but on bar, shirt, dress, my hands cannot get claps, figure out how to find my hands and need assistance.
