My husband has been complaining for a couple weeks that everything taste bitter to him. and then just recently he thought he had a crek in his neck and now he cant move his head left or right he said he feels like a tooth ache. He said he can taste some spicy food but other is bitter

He may be suffering from glossitis or vitamin B12 deficiency. Use cap becosules once a day for one month. Please get it serum B12 levels, and hemoglobin status. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
