One of my testicleshs lost all sensitivity I can squeeze it fairly firmly with no pain what so ever where as my other one if I squeeze half as hard it hurts a lot ( like it should ) as their sentive the same with the testicular pipes on my left one If I squeeze them a little bit they hurt ( like it should if you squeeze it) but my right one just seems to hve lost sensitivity Also on my right one the pipes epydimis or what ever their called seem to be hard like the only way I can explain like was as if the pipes are filled up with dried out blood ( obviously there not) but that s how to explain it my right testicle seem to have lost sensitivity and the epydmis (pipes) also have no sensitivity and seem to be hard in comparison to my left one, is this a sign of a problem ? Or can this just be how they are in some cases, I ve not had any pain or anything out of the ordinary
It is little unusual to have loss of sensation of testis. You would need a scrotal ultrasound scan and clinical examination to know what could be the cause for it. Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
