What Causes Loss Of Skin Elasticity And Lumps Under The Skin?
Female age 77 arms and legs have lost elasticity and sag which I understand is normal as you age. Also I weight loss at late age does not permit skin to tighten so upon rubbing arms and legs I have begun to feel lots of different size lumps if pressed hard enough they are mildly painful but otherwise of no annoyance. They are not visible on the skin surface.

I think you should get further checked because the lumps may be related to enlarged lymph nodes. Do a total blood count with formula and ERS. Get checked for mononucleosis.
