What Causes Loss Of Vision, Dizziness, Lack Of Coordination And Migraines?

Hi,

I'm a 16 year old male born and living in Egypt.
I've been having symptoms for over a year now and no doctor here seem to know what I have.

My symptoms are:
Vision loss in both eyes for 5 secs or so (happens upon standing up only) - Dizziness and loss of coordination (during the vision loss) - Migraines (it happens every now and then, I get pain in my eyes when looking left or right) - Joint pain (wrists and knees) - Hearing problems (sometimes I hear my own heart beat after exercise, not sure if this is normal) - Numbing ( My leg gets numb a lot).

The tests I did are:
Blood tests: CBC, Blood sugar level, ESR
Head CT scan, EEG
ECG, Echo, And I got my Blood Pressure measured while sitting down, standing up and while getting up.
All the tests were normal.

One of the doctors I went to said it could be Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension and that the only test for it is a Lumbar Puncture. I just wanted to ask doctors here if the doctors I went to missed any test.
All answers for my case are very appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Mohamed Shahawy

you have undergone all test. symptoms are that of postural hypotention. this can happen onlyin transient ischemia. can be a autoimmune disorder, encase of involvement of joints. Ra factor may be tested. to some extent you are having neurological problem. may consult a neurologist. you may repeat routine test. you can go for idiopathic treatment of migraine. take migrainil starting from one tablet increase up to 6tablet till symptoms subside. you have to go for idiopathic treatment including steroid, keeping in mind autoimmune disorder. you are definitely under stress. try to reduce meditation and yoga can be an answer. efforts have been made to give some guidance. .
