What Causes Loss Of Vision With Severe Headaches?

Hi my name is Terri I have bilateral tortuous vertebral arteries.I have a history of dvt in the rt IJ and the rt Brachial do to a power porta cath and a picc placed on same side.I have Uncontrolled Hypertension/Malignant hypertension even with medications.I have had history of serious ulcer disease,Mallory Weiss tear and repair.Total gastrectomy with diaphragm and duodenal repair after 52 units of blood in less than 2 years. I am having headaches that I loose my vision and my head drops forward my throat spasm with a choking sensation of my own saliva.I am allergic to coumadin and most anti hypertensives.I get severe spasms and aniphylaxes with some of the anti hypertensives.My question is there a cure and is there a surgery to fix this,

get your eye tested for hypertensive retinopathy. for your other problems you need consultation of gastroenterologist. you must some how get your hypertension controlled. get your hypertensive profile done. consult physician for management
