What Causes Loss Of Voice While Suffering From GERD?

I Have GERD but recently I noticed I am losing my voice. Today on Dr. Radio (serius) they suggested that the cause of this is probably not related to the GERD. When I speak my volume is way down and people ask me to repeat. What doctor practice might address this?

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your voice issue.

Voice problem can have many causes infectious, nerve injury, muscle weakness or brain associated.
The best specialist which can treat this problem is ENT Doctor. You need to visit an ENT specialist they will guide you for proper treatment. GERD can also be the cause if the acid regurgitation leads repeated irritation to the larynx that can cause chronic infection and can lead to recurrent laryngeal nerve injury so the voice broblem.
