I hope so, I m feeling a bit concerned, I have had very uncomfortable stomach particularly middle of the night, my stomach makes loud gurgling sounds. Very uncomfortable , almost cramping. this has been going on for a couple weeks and it s getting worse. I ve cut back on any acidic foods. I m drinking tons of liquid ant acid... I don t usually have this kind of issue ever...but I ve now had diarrhea for a couple of days..especially in the mornings. going to get Imodium ..should I see a gastro dr?
1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications for gastritis 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, a small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, a small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
