What Causes Loud Noise Hearing And Insomnia In An Elderly Person?
My mother who is around 85 yrs and hearing loss problem .Of late she is complaining that she is hearing loud noise and is unable to sleep. The ENT diagonised it as Presbimsar with and has been advised to take Vertin 16 1BD and Tab NVN MR OD for 2 months . Pl advise

Regarding your 85yr old mother experience with hearing loudness followed by insomnia I am suggesting she is gradually developing an Otitis externa with a gradual conduction deafness
In view of this let her continue with her prescribed medication by her physician
