Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per my clinical experience, there are various reasons for your issue as: - Partial contribution from Rosuvastatin as side effect to give weakness.
- The dosage of Insulin require rescheduling as there is intermittent periods of possible low blood glucose, which is responsible for dizzy and loss of balance.
- Correction of hydration would remain the top priority of BP control.
- Torso swelling requires thorough evaluation for the cause and further management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
