Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the hit appears to be on the head, and it may be the concussion of head injury.
The other reason may be the infection of the site of injury, and the resulting fever.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis, and treatment .
She may need to have M.R.I, and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, cifixime, ranitidine, paracetamol, till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
