Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that most common cause of low blood pressure is dehydration, anemia or nutritional deficiencies. Heart rate increases to maintain blood pressure in the setting of hypotension. If blood work and cardiac test came out normal then only thing left is endocrinal disorder , kindly get RBS, HbA1c and thyroid profile done and consult a Physician with reports for further management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
