What Causes Low ESR Level While On Vitamin D And E Supplements?

my ESR level was 55 and after consulting a general physician i got medicine (mainly vitamin D and E) for a month. After a month when i checked my ESR level it was around 44. Im a 26 years old female with a height of 5.6 and a weight of 70ks. my cholesterol level is around 233. Should i be concerned?

Hi,

ESR levels are only of prognostic importance. If the levels are decreasing, it is a good sign. Kindly take Vitamin supplements as prescribed by your doctor.

However, a cholesterol level of 233 mg/dl is higher than normal. It can be brought down by means of diet and exercise.
