What Causes Low PP Blood Sugar During Pregnancy?

My wife is carriyng and her fasting blood sugar was high (124) 2 weeks ago, however her PP sugar was in the range of 100-80. I did the check up again and now Fasting sugar is 110 and PP is 80. She is taking no sugar intake, what is the reason of the low PP value?

hi, her fasting sugars are on the higher side .in pregnant woman the cut off is 95 for fasting blood glucose levels so I would suggest her to undergo a glucose tolerance test . this will reveal her true sugar status as carbohydrate metabolism and insulin action is altered in pregnancy. all the best take care.
