Dear doctor,
I'm 19 year old girl from Montenegro. For 70 days I lost 18 kilograms due to strict cabbage diet.Accidentaly,i checked my blood and blood test showed low TSH level.Later,I have been sent to other blood test and these are results:
ASAT(GOT) 24 (to 37)
ALAT(GPT) 32 (to 40)
Alkaline phosphatase 77 (39-117)
TSH 0.004 (0.4-4.0)
T3 2.4 (1.1-2.8)
T4 158 (58-161)
FT3 5.9 (2.3-6.3)
FT4 23.2 (10.3-24.4)
ATG antibodies 33.6 (to 40)
ATA-Anti-Tpo-Ab 34 (to 35)
TSH-R-Ab 0.7 (reactive)
Ultrasound and color Doppler showed no changes on thyroid gland. It appears to be of normal size and structure on them.I have no symptoms except a very mild tremor of left hand.I have been to one endocrinologist and she told me its Graves disease and other two endocrinologists said it is not Graves, but it is caused due to my improper diet.I would like to ask you about your opinion about my results and is it Graves disease? I would be very grateful if you could help me.Sincerely yours,
Lolita from Montenegro
