What Causes Low TSH Levels?

My most recent blood work showed 3.510 for my TSH levels. This is near the 4.0+ levels. Does this mean anything as far as my metabolic rate. I have just completed a 4th series of high anti-biotics battling bronchitis and pneumonia and a sinus infection and have gain a solid 19lbs. Very upsetting. Is this of concern?
Thank you. Not interested in buying any products simply a second opinion.

TSH value greater than 5 is considered abnormal.

Your tsh value is within limit. So don't worry about that.

Provide your all reports and medical history if want to discuss further

Take care

Hope this will help you
