What Causes Low WBC Count In Children?
Hi ! My 3 year old boy wbc came low. Wbc is 5.6 range 6.0-17.0 Lymphocytes is 1966 range 4000-10500. I think is very low We have a doctors appointment until next week. But we are worry about it, and it will take another week before we do a new blood test. When we did the blood test he had low fever and he had a cold for 2 days. Please Doctor any suggestions?? hi...few as you say he had fever and cold at the time of blood test...few infective cause leads to reduced white blood cell...
so first treatment of that infection necessary..
and WBC count will come normal..
