What Causes Low Absolute Neutrophil Count?

I am a 49 year old male with a chronically low white count around 3000. My absolute neutrophil count ranges from 0.3 to 0.8 and other white cell indicators (lymphs, monos, Eos and Baso s) are out of whack and all over the charts. All of my other blood work is perfectly normal. I have seen a hematologist, 3 different ID doctors and and rheumatology and all tests conducted were negative. My bone marrow biopsy was also negative. I worked as a contractor in Afghanistan from 2012-2014 and all tests related to illnesses in that part of the world also negative. Does anyone have any clue what can be causing this issue? All doctors I have seen so far are mystified with my illness and have no idea the cause

A lower-than-normal eosinophil count may be due to:

1. Alcohol intoxication
2. Overproduction of certain steroids in the body (such as cortisol)

otherwise it may be just a normal variation. If you dont have any symptoms better neglect it.
