Yes, it sounds like she might need to go in. Given her age and the UTI in addition to her other problems, she needs to stay well hydrated.
In older people with UTIs, there is also the risk of urosepsis which can result in feeling ill,
nausea and
poor appetite, and sometimes confusion. Also, she may be having decreased appetite or nausea from the meds for the UTI.
If she seems to be drinking less and urinating less, or her urine is becoming more concentrated, she may need to be evaluated and treated for
dehydration and for complications of the UTI.
So yes, take her in to be seen.
