Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

These symptoms could be due to the vaccination. The most common side effects include pain, swelling, redness, itching, bruising, bleeding, and a lump where your child got the shot, headache, fever, nausea, dizziness, tiredness, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and sore throat.

Fainting can happen after getting vaccinated. Sometimes people who faint can fall and hurt themselves. For this reason, your health care professional may ask your child to sit or lie down for 15 minutes after your child get the shot. Such complications needs medical assistance. Her anorexia and weight loss will subside eventually. Treatment is only conservative as of now.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepti Shivakumar
