What Causes Low Blood Pressure And Pulse Of 150 With Lightheadedness?

I was called into work today and when I left, I had to pull over because I felt very light headed and not well. After approx. 10 min. I felt well enough to drive home. I drank some water and fixed a little food as I hadn t eaten since the morning. After about an hour I went to a friends house and I asked him to check my blood pressure with his monitor. it read 85 over 62 and my pulse was 150+. Those are really bad numbers for me as my usual blood pressure is 110 over 70 and my pulse under 100. These numbers improved slightly prior to my leaving and were 96 over 65 and my pulse 105. I have no hypertension and no heart problems diagnosed. Should I be worried about anything? thanks for your time.
