What Causes Low Blood Pressure, Chest Pain And Anxiety?

Hi i m 19 in the past I ve fainted and my blood pressure was at about 80 or 70 for the first number and 7 or 8 for the second and no one new what was going on recently my blood pressure is 110 for the first number and 59 for the second I ve been having chest pains and I went to the hospital but they said it was anxiety because I ve been up set for a few weeks should I be worried
