What Causes Low Blood Pressure?
Hello Welcome here. I can understand your concerns. BP 106/70 is on lower side. This is causing the symptoms of light-headedness and nausea/vomiting. Take 10-12 glasses of water. Increase salt content in your diet. You can take tablet domperidone 10mg for nausea. Hope this helps. Thanks.
