What Causes Low Blood Pressure?

My blood pressure reading this morning was 118 over 49 is this good? Ressting pulse of 59. I'm a 55 year old female 5ft 2inches weighing 119lbs. Fit and healthy and take regular exercise at the gym the diastolic reading bothers me as I feel it is too low

Reduced blood pressure can be caused by lots of factors. Could be physiological or pathological. In your case your low blood pressure and blood pressure because you are an athlete. It is normal amongst athletes and does not pose a threat. Warm regards
