What Causes Low Body Temperature When Suffering From Severe Diarrhea?
Hi my son has had severe diarrhea since 4pm-10pm yesterday. All he ate was a carrot at 3pm and 2 pieces of toast with butter at 6pm. He hasn t had anything to eat this morning and has a temperature of 35.1. I ve been giving him hydralite since 8am today. He s only had diarrhea once so far today. I m mainly concerned about the low temperature

From history it seems that he might be having dehydration giving rise cold and calmy skin giving rise this sensation.
Give him plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquid.
Wrap him with warm blanket.
Ok and take care.
