What Causes Low Diastolic Pressure And Heart Rate While On Tribenzor And Carvedilol?

I am a soon to be 70 year old male. I am taking Tribenzor 40-5-12.5 once daily, and carvedilol, 6.25 mg, twice daily. My systolic numbers are routinely in the 50 s and 60 s. My heart rate is 59/min over a 24 hour period, inc. 45 minutes of 3.8miles/hour, but resting at home is sometimes in the mid-high 30 s, and routinely in the 40 s and 50 s. Is this particular mix of drugs causing my low diastolic pressure and low heart rate? If so, you have some thoughts to change meds? Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, over all clinical symptoms are matter of concern otherwise single and isolated reading of diastolic pressure can not be taken into account even moderate changes in blood pressure of isolated diastolic pressure may not cause any symptoms better let the physician decide it hope this information helps.
