Hi, a few days ago my husband got a low fever, joint pain, and rash. His eye also appeared red, but not itchy. We went to an urgi-care, and they prescribed him an anti-bactrial ant-biotic. I mentioned to them that he used to suffer from Gout. I feel uneasy about his care, what do you think?
it is up to you and you can go for second opinion. first the cause fever should be diagnosed. it can be tuberculosisenteric fever or uti. gout does not cause fever for it you have to take antioxidant ginger tomato and carrot. in medicine colchicin is the drug of choice.
