What Causes Low Grade Fever Along With Body Ache And Diarrhea?
Hi I having low fever with mild body pains and heavily headache from yesterday. Last night loose motions also started. I have to go whenever I eat something. I had chicken fried rice yesterday do you think these symptoms are due to food poisoning. I m feeling very dizzy. I took Tylenol yesterday and parecetmol today. What should I eat to recover. What medicine should I take. Thanks

It is mostly due to food poisoning.
Advice
1. Take combination of norfloxacin 400 mg and tinidazole 600 mg every 12 hours for 5 days
2. Electral powder – mix in 1 liter of water and drink frequently. You can use other over the counter oral rehydration solution of your country
3. Paracetamol 500 mg per oral if fever occurs
4. Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
5. Take rest for few days
