What Causes Low Grade Fever Along With Chills And Body Aches?

Symptoms include low grade fever with chills and body aches, strong headache, slight sore throat. Low level nausea. Tylenol subdues symptoms for about six hours and then return. I fell on the ice and landed hard on my left hip three days ago. These symptom began 52 hours ago. Thanks
