What Causes Low Grade Fever Along With Headache?
i ve had a low grade fever over 2 weeks, 99-101.5 headache when fever starts for its duration, have cold hands feet (icy cold to touch) then I get extremely cold all over. The home temp is set at 84 day and 82 at night. A heavy winter jacket will eventually warm me up. When I m frozen I finally go to sleep but I am also being awakened by horrible leg cramps, sometimes in my calf, sometimes in my knee joint or thigh. I do have RA and been treated for it for 35 years. Currently take Simponi Aria 200 mg, methotrexate 25mg subcutaneous, meloxacam and D3, magnesium, Vit C,

In ferver three stages are there is the stage of chills followed by a stage of pyrexia followed by a stage of sweating.
In the stage of sweating body temperature may have come down with sweating feel like low body temperature.
You may be suffering from viral fever or malaria or pneumonia or septisemic fever.
Please get it done complete blood picture, chest x-ray and ECG.
Continue symptomatic treatment. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
