What Causes Low Grade Fever Along With Nausea And Headache?
I have been sick for 4 days. Intermittent low grade fever, nauseous most of the time, headache, dizziness, heartburn, occasional diarrhea, chills, decreased appetite, fatigue. I thought it was my gallbladder acting up because I had a drink Wednesday night, but not sure now.

It seems to be acute gastritis or liver or gall bladder affection. I advise you to investigate with following:
- USG abdomen
- Serum SGPT
- Serum SGOT
- CBC
Antibiotic course can be prescribed for your condition. For heart burn, Rabeprazole like antacid drug can also be prescribed.
According to reports further management plan is decided. Take fruit juice more, Vital Z like electrolyte powder can be prescribed. Also, consult physician for examination.
