My 5 year old woke up this morning about 1 a.m. with a 101.4 fever. I gave her some Tylenol and she went back to sleep. She has ran a low grade temp 99 - 100 all day and she hasn t eaten anything. She said her stomach hurt this morning but she is acting fine. A few minutes ago I noticed she had a rash on her upper leg all the way around, lower back and under her arms. She isn t acting sick at all. What could this be and will be it safe to wait until tomorrow morning to take her to the doctor.
