An autoimmune disorder cannot be excluded either. For this reason, I recommend performing some further tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR, ANA, ANCA, etc.) to exclude a possible connective tissue disorder.
It is also important for checking vitamin D plasma levels for a possible deficiency.
Trying to lose some weight and consulting with a dietitian will help improve your situation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Ilir Sharka,

Hi, I would like to directly review your performed tests for a more professional opinion. It seems that you suffer from metabolic syndrome. An autoimmune disorder cannot be excluded either.
