What Causes Low Grade Fever And Frequent Urination?

likely UTI. Low grade fever. Moderately frequent urination. SG is probably WNL. NO culture results...can probably do that but 72 hr turn around time. Travel extensively and no time to meet with PCP. Is Cypro the most reasonable AB? Or is that overkill? Thx, MVC YYYY@YYYY
