What Causes Low Grade Fever And Severe Cough?

My daughter is 3 months. She s been having low grade fevers for probably about 2-3 weeks we figured it was teething time since she drools and chews on everything!!! Well she is having this cough all week. We thought it was fake because she just started going to the sitters. But she s been doing it in her sleep all night. I m not sure if I should wait until Monday to go to the doctors with her or go to our Urgent care tomorrow?

As per your history do a full blood cont with differential and check body temp every 6 hours and record it if any infection found tell your doctor to add antibiotics with cough syrup.Remember that in every time while tooth drooling time rasing of body temp is not compulsory.(Thanks)
