What Causes Low Grade Fever And Severe Fatigue?

Yes, my wife is surviving stage four cancer. Starting with breast. The spreading to the bones, lungs, lymph system and breast one again. After fighting for more than 5 years, she is now experiencing a continued low grade fever (like months) extreme fatigue. She also has also experienced severe pain in her abdomen, thinking it s resulting from double mastectomy, tummy tuck surgery, radiation and chemo treatments. Are we facing a return of cancer again?
