What Causes Low Grade Fever And Severe Headache?

Last Sunday, I ate some leftover cheese pizza w/olives and mushrooms and experienced a headache (entire head), like my brain was being squished, accompanied with an burning ache in my diaphragm. I was thirsty, but drinking water didn t help. Since then I am dizzy and lost my appetite. Still drinking lots of water to no avail. Sometimes I feel like I have a low grade fever, but I don t. I feel very anxious and this is NOT me. Can you advise?

It might be due to common viral illness for which take antibiotics like droxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with akilos-p or combiflam for headache or body-ache. Take cap rekool-d or pantop-dsr empty stomach for burning along with some multivitamin tablets for lethargy, loss of appetite and weakness.
