What Causes Low Grade Fever And Throat Discomfort?
I have low grade fever at times - 100 or less. Some throat discomfort- scratchy. Some discomfort in my shoulders when I turn my head, but have no pain when I touch my chin to my chest. This has been going on for 4 days with a sudden onset of chills and fever. Trying to decide if I need to seek attention on Monday if I feel no better.
Hi there, thank you for visiting healthcare magic.
Your urine can smell strong, if it is too concentrated like when you are dehydrated or when you dont drink sufficient water. This can be reversed if you increase your water consumption. However, strong smelling urine could also be a sign of urinary tract infection in which case you may or may not have other symptoms such as frequency of urination, burning sensation in urethra while passing urine, lower abdominal pain, fever, etc. If you dont have any of the above mentioned symptoms, you may increase your water intake to see if the strong smell goes away. If not, then you should get your urine tested for any infection by getting a urine routine and microscopy examination. I hope this helps. Thank you for your question.
