What Causes Low Grade Fever Combined With Cough And Blocked Nose?
My daughter has had a low grade fever combined with coughing and stuffy nose. Last two nights, soon after she fell asleep she began laughing for about 2 minute. She then awakes crying, seems confused, wants to be held. She falls back to sleep and again begins laughing for 1 minute. She has a slight fever after and has no recollection of the event.

i think your daughter is having some viral infection rhinitis.
it clears within 3-4 days.
now you can give her paracitamol for fever and montelukast levocetrizine combination.
can give prophylactic antibiotics like azithromycin.
consult your paediatrician if not subside.
