What Causes Low Grade Fever, Headache, Sore Throat And Fatigue?

I have symptoms that include low grade fever for at least 5 days, headache, one-sided sore throat that extends up to the same side of posterior tongue, palate and gums. Very fatigued in the afternoon which is not normal. Urgent care showed negative strep.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be possible in viral fever and some time this could be very transient one but this is nothing to worry and neither need any treatment but this would be fine on its own, hope this helps take care and have a nice day.
