What Causes Low Grade Fever While Recovering From Pneumonia?

I had pneumonia and was hospitalized for 4 days have been home for two weeks.since being home I have had bed rest 50percent of the time. My coughs have gotten 90percent better my energy is 3 my legs feel like overcooked pasta.Have had low temp.at least everyday since returning home. Went to doc yesterday chest X-Ray clear ekg,normal .he gave me another inhaler 40mg dexamethasone to use 2 times a day. Inverted confused and want some answer why still have low grade temp.

Hi,
Pneumonia takes about 3-4 weeks to resolve and so during this time there might be having low fever, malaise and fatigue.
Continue antibiotic medicines as advised by your physician.
Take complete rest.
Take light food,
Take some B.complex and multivitamin supplemets.
Avoid fried, cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
