Hi, Pneumonia takes about 3-4 weeks to resolve and so during this time there might be having low fever, malaise and fatigue. Continue antibiotic medicines as advised by your physician. Take complete rest. Take light food, Take some B.complex and multivitamin supplemets. Avoid fried, cold drinks and junk food. Ok and take care.
