What Causes Low Grade Fever?

I have been running a low grade fever of up to 100.2 for 2 hours with no other symptoms. I have had previous UTIs and prostate infection. Seems to be worse in the evenings. Should I wait and see what develops or see a physical tomorrow? Should I take a fever reducer before bedtime?

Yes you should definitely be seen by your physician tomorrow and be examined and also tested to make sure you do not have an infection for which you will require an antibiotic.
For the fever you should take something like tylenol --- two tablets.
