Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Low Hear Beat And Shortness Of Breath With Low Blood Flow?
Hi, My son is 15 years old and in good physical shape. He has a low heart beat and has shortness of breath, where he has to take in deep breaths. He has blood work done and an ecg and all was good. He has had an echocardiogram and my doctor is concerned with low blood flow she said from 1 to 4 it is a 2. What does this mean?
It will not be possible for me to give you the cause without seeing the complete echocardiography report. However, it seems that there is an obstruction to blood flow, either in the lungs or the valves of the heart.
Please upload the echo report for my perusal and opinion.
