What Causes Low Hemoglobin Level, Bad Breath And Swollen Lymph Nodes?

hello, I have been sick for awhile. my hemoglobin is low 7.9 , but lymph node are swollen and infected in neck, my breath smells like urine, my tongue and throat have white patches, I have been bleeding irregularly for a while now , and I dont think this is good.

I agree that the symptoms are not good. Lymph nodes enlarge due to infection of the nodes or surrounding area, allergies, cancer, trauma.

The white patches can be due to thrush which can occur if the immune system is impaired.

You need to consider seeing your doctor for an assessment which should include physical examination, blood tests and possibly imaging.
Bloods would include a repeat complete blood count, ESR, electrolytes (including calcium), liver function tests, creatinine.
