What Causes Low Hemoglobin Levels?
Low hemoglobin. Dizziness, neausosness not always coinciding. Recent test indicates slight decrease in kidney function. My doctor said we will keep check on the kidneys. I a have hypothyroidism and take arm our. I had great cancer interdict all carcinoma 8 years ago with a lumpectomy and tamoxifen after radiation.

as you already say low kidney function is the cause of low hemoglobin in your case..
still you have to go for CBC ,SERUM IRON PROFILE , SERUM B12 and RFT and THYROID FUNCTION tests..
after test results..go for treatment accordingly..
