What Causes Low Pulse Rate While On Bisoprolol?
....Just started Bisoprolol 2.5mg X2 days ago after being diagnosed with Paraxomal Atrial Fib. ( episode lasted about 2 hrs and I converted back to NSR) .... right at work in our ER department, no meds ,just relaxed. ....Now my pulse was really low in the 50 s this early morning , never took a Beta Blocker .... and Bisoprolol does make you tired. .....Should I lower the dose ,I m a health care professional myself.
