General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to anemia due to iron deficiency.
Some suggestions are:
-Take iron tablets on an empty stomach. If possible, take your iron tablets when your stomach is empty.
-Don't take iron with antacids. Medications that immediately relieve heartburn symptoms can interfere with the absorption of iron.
-Take iron tablets with vitamin C. Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
