What Causes Lower Abdomen And Back Pain After A D&C Procedure?

I had a DNC four days ago,also had to have a scraping. The surgeon thinks she might have nicked my bowl,I m now I m a lot of pain,in my lower abdomen and also I m my lower back area,I m feeling really sick,hot n cold fevers,feel like I m going to vomit,and am bent over in pain before any bowl movements,which are very hard and feels like I m badly constipated.could you pls let me know what you think is wrong.I have got to go for an ultrasound, I only got the referal yesterday. Thank you,,,,Nikki.

Hello,

I think you should go to the hospital immediately. You may need to get evaluated. I think you may be suffering an infection possibly at options sight.
A total blood count is needed and an ultrasound or CT scan.
