What Causes Lower Abdomen, Back And Testicles Pain When Attracted To Someone?

Hi i am 27 years old male. I am facing the weird problem. Its like my testicles pains when i am in coversation with my girl friend. Even lower abdomen and lower back pains at sametime. It lasts for more than couple of hours sometime. Even my testicles are too small and shrinked . Can someone please help me out on coming out from this problem.

may be you are having too much sex or masturbation. hopefully you are not taking any drug that may cause low levels of testosterone. you can start some multivitamin like tablet. centrum for men PO once daily.
