What Causes Lower Abdomen Discomfort With Nausea And Dizziness?
I have been having lower abdominal pinching and pulling. Started from the right side then left, then centered in the middle of my lower abdominal. Along with that, I have been getting throbbing feelings off and on in my vagina area. A bit nauseated and dizzy at times. Is this early pregnancy symptom?

I really appreciate your concern, if here pregnancy being suspected then it need to be tested with ultrasonography, although, it may not be pregnancy and symptoms alone could not rule out the possibility of pregnancy and to clear the doubt test has to be done, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
